Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
We understand that plans change. This page explains what happens to your advance if you cancel or change a booking.
How to cancel or change a booking
Message us on WhatsApp, call +91 91360 26694 or write to [EMAIL], with your name, phone number and booking ID. The time we receive your message counts as the time of cancellation.
Pujas at home and weddings
- Cancelled 7 days or more before the date: full refund of the advance.
- Cancelled less than 7 days but at least 2 days before: 50% of the advance is refunded.
- Cancelled less than 2 days before, or if no one is present on the day: the advance is not refunded.
Live video pujas and Margdarshan calls
- Cancelled at least 24 hours before the agreed time: full refund.
- Cancelled later, or if you miss the puja or call: no refund, but we try to offer you another time.
Changing the date
You can move your booking to another date once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 2 days before (for video pujas and calls, 24 hours before). The new date depends on the muhurat and on Panditji's availability.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel, for example because Panditji is unwell, you get a full refund of everything you paid, or a new date if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the account or card you paid from. We start an approved refund within 2 working days, and it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Services that have already been performed are not refunded.
Questions
If you are unsure about a refund, call or message us on +91 91360 26694. We always try to find a fair solution.
