These terms apply when you book a puja, wedding, live video puja or Margdarshan call with Sheetala Kripa, run by [LEGAL NAME] (“we”), through this website, WhatsApp or phone. By making a booking, you agree to them.
Our services
We perform Vedic pujas and katha at your home or office, wedding rituals, live video pujas for families abroad (on Zoom or Google Meet), and Margdarshan calls for kundli, muhurat and dosha questions. The services and their prices are listed on our Pricing page.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is a request until we confirm it. We call you to fix the date, muhurat and details. Your date is confirmed once we have received the advance and confirmed the booking with you. Dates depend on the muhurat and on Panditji's availability.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are shown on the Pricing page and in the booking form. You pay an advance to confirm the date; the balance is paid on the day. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Samagri
If you book without samagri, we send you a checklist and you arrange the items before the day. If you book with samagri, Panditji brings everything needed for the ritual, for the extra charge shown.
What we ask of you
- Give us correct details: name, phone number, address and, for kundli questions, birth details.
- For pujas at home, keep a clean place ready and make sure a family member is present.
- For live video pujas and calls, be available at the agreed time with a working internet or phone connection.
Guidance, not guarantees
Kundli, muhurat and dosha guidance follows the shastras and Panditji's experience. It is traditional guidance to help you decide, not a promise of any particular result, and it does not replace medical, legal or financial advice.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
If you or we cancel or change a booking, our Cancellation and refund policy applies: Cancellation & refund
If we cannot attend
If Panditji cannot attend because of illness or an emergency, we tell you as early as we can and offer you a new date or a full refund of what you paid, as you prefer.
Our responsibility
We perform every ritual with care. For any booking, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking with us, the courts at [CITY] will decide it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A booking follows the terms in place on the day it was made.
